Welcome to Ai11 Sports ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ai11.in and the Ai11 mobile application available on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Platform") and the services provided. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

Ai11 Sports provides analytics and AI tools for cricket and sports lineup insights and suggested squads. We do not host, organize, or manage any contests, either free or paid. Users may use our tools to explore lineups and may choose to copy these to other third-party platforms at their discretion.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

We offer user subscriptions for an ad-free experience and premium features, available in different durations such as weekly and monthly plans. Users can claim a full, no-questions-asked refund within 24 hours of purchasing a weekly plan, and within 48 hours of purchasing a monthly plan. Refunds beyond these periods are granted solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription that violates fair use. In the event we are unable to provide premium features after partial usage, we will compensate users by providing a partial refund or a mutually agreed premium upgrade. We do not store your credit or debit card details; all payments are processed securely through third parties, such as Google Play or other payment providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all subscription prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you may not access or use our services.

4. Use of Our Services

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Platform.
• Use the service for lawful purposes and not engage in any illegal or harmful activity.
• Refrain from uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or any software that may harm the Site or other users.
• Not attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the services or interfere with the functioning of our systems.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Ai11 Sports and third parties.
• In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that: (a) belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right; (b) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise unlawful; (c) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of AI11, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Complaints

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned or licensed by Ai11 Sports or Imbine Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from us, except as permitted by law.

Notice of Infringement: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyright, trademark, or business name (e.g., mentioned in a blog post or platform content) has been used or displayed in a way that constitutes infringement or requires removal, please notify our Grievance Officer at support@ai11.in. Please include relevant details, proof of ownership, and the specific URL/content in question. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including the removal of infringing material upon valid verification.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform and services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any reason that may harm the Platform or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ai11 Sports and its operators will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, financial loss, or damage to your device. Furthermore, if you choose to copy teams generated on our Platform to other third-party websites or applications, you must understand their terms and conditions. It is your strict responsibility to follow the law of the land. We are not responsible or liable if you generate a team using our Platform and participate in contests on any illegal site that allows Real Money Gaming (RMG).

9. Third-Party Links & Advertisements

Our Platform displays advertisements and may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse any advertised products or services and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites or advertisers. Accessing these third-party links or interacting with advertisements is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our services after any changes, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
